R&D Department is responsible for all that is being done in academy related in content. The main role of R&D is to help a company to maintain competitiveness. Make sure our product will help to achieve dream of all the graduate with error free materials 

Duties and responsibilities

• Must create Error free and quality content

• Need to maintain exam standard  

• Developing educational content for exams from various sources 

• Maintaining professional relationship with team so that they close with highly quality error free content

Skills 

• Very strong analytical skills

• Very strong subject knowledge

• Very strong presentation skill

• Excellent communication Skill (Written & Verbal)

• Have updated experience in exams (Bank, SSC)

• Very strong knowledge in MS- Office (Typing Higher)

Education Qualification 

• Any degree, Post-graduate, Master of philosophy, PhD (Relevant Subject) 

• Preferably, having good marks in previous exams (Bank or SSC)

• Preferably, written CAT, MAT exams (Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English)

Experience Requirement

• 1 year as Content developer in other coaching institutes

• Preferably, Ed-Tech company
