Job title	Student Mentors (Malayalam)
Reports to	Student Accounts Manager

Job purpose

A mentor is primarily destined to solve the doubts of the students and will help the students to achieve their goals. A mentor's role is to guide our students throughout their career hunting career journey. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Must have a friendly approach with the students

• Individual attention to each student.

• Revealing their weaknesses and make them work on it

• Make them realize the importance of practice program

• Motivate the students to Practice vigorously.

• Analyzing their performance.

• Teaching Time management skills by explaining the difference between hard work and smart work

• Doubt clarification on all topics.

• Predict the actual exam pattern and make the students work on it.

Skills 

• Very strong communication and quick response.

• Must have an interest in education and counseling the students.

• Good interpersonal and very strong presentation skills

• Need to have a strong subject knowledge

Education Qualification 

• Any degree

• Have good marks in previous Bank/SSC exams (Prelims or Mains)

Experience Requirement

• 6-month experience (Fresher also can apply) 

• Should be clear Prelims or Mains bank exams

• Preferably in Edu-Tech company 

• Language - Malayalam

Working Conditions

• Fixed shift: Shift Start from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
